We offer heldesk services for Dspace users (Library staff). This service is included free with our hosting and software maintenance services subject to following limits:

    Maximum Incidents:
  • 30 incidents: for each library

Additional support can be purchased in 30 incident packs priced at USD 300 (INR 13,500).

  • 12*7 coverage, 8 AM IST to 8 PM IST
    • Response times:
    • Severity 1: 6 hours (90%)
    • Severity 2: Upto 1 business day (90%)
    • Severity 3: Upto 5 business days (90%)
    • Severity 4: Upto 10 business days (90%)
